What if I want to change my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call us at (877) 575-0070, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm MST.

What's the status of my order?

Simply sign into your account on The House of Trade using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you're signed in, click on "Orders" from the menu and you will see your info right there. If you're having trouble remembering your password, just reach out to us by email at sales @ thehouseoftrade.com.

Do you offer volume or corporate discounts?

If you're looking to order in larger quantities for personal or corporate use, please call us at (877) 575-0070. One of our team members will help put together a discount just right for your business.

Do you work with Governments?

Yes, of course. For government sales please call The House of Trade Government Sales at (877) 575-0070.

Do you offer discounts for schools and colleges?

If you're buying on behalf of an educational institution, call us at (877) 575-0070. We offer volume discounts for schools and colleges.

Shipping, Replacements and Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping to the continental U.S. In the off chance that your location is on some deserted island in the continental U.S. then we will contact you immediately to let you know this and let you know the cost to ship to your location. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Mexico?

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship our products to just about anywhere in the world. Please call us for a quote at (877) 575-0070 or email us at sales @ thehouseoftrade.com.

What if I want to return my order?

We have a simple 30-day free return policy. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or exchange (same or less priced product) within 30 days of the day you received your order. Additionally, we have a limited 1 year warranty on all of our products. We will replace any product that isn't functioning properly for free within 1 year of your purchase date. Please note that our warranty only covers the mechanics of the product. We will ask for photographic proof of any issues you are having. After the 30 day window you would be responsible for shipping fees for both warranty issues and for return requests.

What if I'm experiencing issues with the product I ordered?

Our handymen/women specialists are here to help. Sometimes it takes a little adjustment here or there and if you're experiencing any difficulty whatsoever, call us at (877) 575-0070.

How do I set up a return or replacement / exchange?

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept PayPal, check (make payment out to The House of Trade and send to 1067 S. Hover Street, Unit E PMB 148, Longmont, CO 80501, USA), and bank wire (please call us at (877) 575-0070 to get our bank wire details.

Do I need to pay tax?

We charge sales tax in Colorado and applicable taxes for orders shipping to Canada, Mexico and internationally. For orders shipping to Canada, Mexico, and internationally, there will be customs fees that apply.
